The Big Opportunities Fair Was Held in Afridar
On Thursday, June 25, the Big Opportunities Fair took place at Tsfania Square in Afridar. From 19:00 to 23:00, Ashkelon residents and guests could meet local makers, buy handcrafted items and spend the evening in a warm city atmosphere. The event was held with the support of Ashkelon Deputy Mayor Sofia Beilin.
The evening Big Opportunities Fair was held at Tsfania Square in Afridar, bringing together residents, visitors and local makers in an open city setting. Participants presented handmade jewellery and accessories, stylish clothing, handcrafted gifts, homemade sweets and creative works.
Photos from the event show families and makers meeting around the stalls, with participants presenting their work in a calm evening atmosphere. For many small local businesses, this kind of gathering is a direct way to meet their audience.
The event was announced in Ashkelon municipal materials and was held with the support of Sofia Beilin, Deputy Mayor of Ashkelon. Admission for visitors was free.
Fairs like this matter not only as leisure events, but also as support for local initiative: residents discover new names and products, while makers gain direct contact with customers and neighbours.
