We want the portal to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. A formal accessibility audit of the website and the app has not been carried out yet, so we do not claim conformance with any standard.

What is already there

an on-site accessibility panel: text size, contrast and other settings;
Russian, Hebrew (right-to-left layout) and English.

What we plan to check

keyboard navigation and screen-reader use;
button and field labels, form error messages;
contrast, text zoom, accessibility of the chat;
the same for the mobile app.

It does not represent the Ashkelon Municipality and does not replace official sources, lawyers, doctors or emergency services. Your messages are processed by a third-party AI service. Do not enter personal, financial or medical data.
