An information and reference resource: news, events, a directory of organisations, vacancies, deals, listings, practical guides and an AI assistant. The material is for reference and is not legal, medical or other professional advice.
News carries a source link and the publication or update date. Events and listings rely on information from organisers and organisations; terms, times and prices can change. We do not guarantee any entry is always current: verify important details with the organiser or provider.
Details are supplied by organisations and by whoever posted a vacancy. A listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee of quality, licensing, results, safety or that a vacancy is genuine. The portal is not an employer or recruitment agency and does not screen candidates. Never pay money for a job.
At present placement on the portal is free; there are no paid listings or advertising. If that changes, paid placement will be labelled “Advertisement” or “Paid placement” before any click, and terms for businesses will be published separately.
You grant the portal a non-exclusive, free right to publish what you submit on the site and app for as long as it is listed. A listing can be hidden or deleted on request at info@ashkelon.org.il.
Content pages carry “Report an error” and complaint links. We review reports of errors, false or unlawful material, copyright infringement and privacy issues. On a credible report of fraud, unlawful practice or someone else's personal data, a listing or vacancy may be hidden temporarily pending review. We do not promise a specific response time until one is set.
Photos, logos and texts belong to their rights holders. A rights holder may report an infringement at info@ashkelon.org.il — the disputed material will be hidden while it is checked. There are no user reviews or ratings on the portal.
The assistant answers from portal materials, can be wrong, and is not the municipality's position, a lawyer, a doctor or an emergency service. Verify important details at the source. Do not enter personal, financial or medical data.
The portal links to organisations' sites, WhatsApp, social networks and employers. We do not control their content or rules.
We try to publish accurate information and correct errors we find. The portal's liability is limited to the extent the law permits; these terms do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it and do not limit your mandatory rights.
These terms are governed by the law of Israel. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction will be confirmed after consulting a lawyer.
