Ashkelon rights center closes public reception until July 13
Ashkelon Municipality has announced a temporary service break at the Rights Fulfillment Center: from July 7 to 13 there will be no in-person reception and no phone response. Residents who need help with rights and benefits should reschedule their visit; the center will reopen on July 14 from 16:00 to 18:00.
The Rights Fulfillment Center in Ashkelon is temporarily suspending in-person reception and phone service. According to the municipality, the break runs from Tuesday, July 7, through Monday, July 13, 2026, inclusive.
Service will resume on Tuesday, July 14, in the afternoon — from 16:00 to 18:00. Reception is held at Beit HaMitnadev, 18 Yaakov Groper Street.
For residents, this means that questions about benefits, rights and assistance through the center should not be planned for this week. If the matter is urgent, check alternative municipal contact channels or follow updates on the city website.
Before visiting after July 14, it is worth checking the official municipal page or the city service center again to make sure the hours have not changed.
