He writes that while the series used to grip viewers with its frightening realism, the creators have now broken the fourth wall entirely: the line between film and reality has been erased.
He describes the episodes about October 7 as a raw nerve: physically painful to watch, yet impossible to turn away from.
According to the author, the creators made no attempt to soften anything: the season is harsh, honest and uncompromising, and the cast and crew channelled the collective trauma through themselves.
In his opinion, this is exactly the kind of work that should be taken to international film festivals to show the world the real, hard, masterfully filmed truth, rather than Naza.
