Man caught in Ashkelon after breaking into an apartment through a window

Overnight, Ashkelon police received a report of a suspected apartment break-in: a man had broken a window and got inside. Officers arriving at the scene detained him.

Officers who arrived at the scene found the suspect still inside and detained him. The detainee, a foreign national, was taken to the police station for questioning.

Police said they will continue to combat property crime and bring suspects to justice.
