Journey Through Time 5: Ashkelon's history festival for Sukkot
The Journey Through Time festival returns to Ashkelon for the fifth year in a row. On September 29 and 30, during the intermediate days of Sukkot, residents and visitors are invited on a journey through the city's history: antiquities and archaeological finds, plus historical and culinary tours linking ancient Ashkelon with the modern city.

The Journey Through Time festival returns to Ashkelon for the fifth year in a row. On September 29 and 30, during the intermediate days of Sukkot, residents and visitors are invited on a journey through the city's history: antiquities and archaeological finds, plus historical and culinary tours linking ancient Ashkelon with the modern city.
The program includes archaeology and craft workshops, family activities, giant costumed figures and performances by children's stars Michal HaKtana, Shahar Tavoch, the Sapir family and Dylan Dror.
Starts at 10:00. Entry is free; tours cost 10 shekels. The full program and tour registration are in the festival booklet.
