As part of an evening marking a year of activity by WIZO Ashkelon, Gil Hovav will give a lecture for women in Ashkelon. Through stories and memories, he will talk about food, Jerusalem, love, family and the Hebrew language.
The program includes stories about the women in his family, including his grandmother Leah Abushdid, as well as Itamar Ben-Avi, Eliezer Ben-Yehuda, childhood memories and restaurants around the world. Advance registration is required; places are limited.
