Independence Day in Ashkelon's Parks
Ashkelon marks Israeli Independence Day in a special way: nine city parks are transformed into independent festive worlds, each with its own unique theme. Neot Ashkelon Park becomes "Space," the Eco Park turns into "Pirates," Agamim Park celebrates "Dreams," and every corner of the city gets its own identity.

Ashkelon marks Israeli Independence Day in a special way: nine city parks are transformed into independent festive worlds, each with its own unique theme. Neot Ashkelon Park becomes "Space," the Eco Park turns into "Pirates," Agamim Park celebrates "Dreams," and every corner of the city gets its own identity.
Each park offers inflatable rides, street performers, live music, refreshments (popcorn, cotton candy, lemonade), and hands-on workshops in art and crafts. Children can pick up a visitor's passport and collect stamps at each park — those who visit all nine receive a special prize.
Admission is free. The celebration runs from 09:00 to 22:00 — a full day of activities for the whole family.
